Working at Paladin Career & Technical High School is both a rewarding and challenging experience. Staff build strong relationships with students and each other, which has fostered a “family” feel in the Paladin community. The student-centered approach embraces project-based and experiential learning to encourage both students and staff to utilize autonomy and independence, while still working collaboratively to design the best possible learning environment.

Paladin Teachers are allowed to develop curriculum that activates their greatest strengths while meeting student needs. The freedom to design innovative learning experiences that engage students wholly is a liberating and inspiring change-of-pace from traditional education systems.

Paladin student support staff build connections within the school walls and the greater community outside the school. By helping students find resources, from counseling to basic support needs, the student support team works to break down barriers that might otherwise hinder a student’s possibilities for success. Social and emotional support are just as vital to our young people as academic support.
